Welcome to “Sunday Inspiration,” a bi-weekly devotional for those seeking spiritual encouragement in the pursuit of their passions. I hope these posts from various resources will inspire and motivate you in your life and career in addition to paNASH’s weekly original career posts. Enjoy!
When people come to me for career coaching, they often want to know what their purpose is in life. In other words, they’re looking to find out what God’s will is for their lives.
I’ve also contemplated this, reflected on it, prayed about it, and come to some resolution, at least for this stage of my life.
But life twists and turns in all kinds of crazy directions, much like how we’re all experiencing changes due to the coronavirus. And as we age, our responsibilities change, often requiring us to also factor in God’s will for the people that are now under our care (i.e. spouse, children, aging parents, etc.).
I recently came across a really good video on how to know God’s will when facing changes like the loss of a job, a job transfer to a new location, a career change, and more. It’s helpful advice for when you have to make a big life or career decision that will directly impact those closest to you. Click here to check it out!
